The Vision For All campaign was first launched in schools in 2018, where we began conducting vision screenings and distributing glasses to children in need. The program quickly gained momentum, changing lives one pair of eyes at a time. Unfortunately, like many initiatives worldwide, our efforts were put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In late 2024, we proudly relaunched the project with renewed energy and a bigger vision: to expand our reach across Africa and scale our impact.

With a broader scope, stronger partnerships and community-driven solutions, we aim to make this campaign bigger, better and more sustainable than ever before. At Vision For All, we see a continent where every human can thrive – because when people can see clearly, they can achieve their full potential and contribute positively to achieving community development.

Free Eye Screenings

Our primary goal is to conduct free eye screenings at schools, taxi ranks and informal settlements, especially in underserved communities. Our secondary goal is to cut down the high accident fatality rate due to taxi drivers with eye-health challenges through our Taxi Driver Campaign.

Awareness & Education:

We also engage in eye-health education to help teachers, parents, learners, and communities understand the importance of early detection and treatment.

Vision Reports

Each programme beneficiary receives a comprehensive, easy-to-understand report detailing their eye health. Those diagnosed with vision challenges are provided with free prescription glasses, custom-fit to their needs.

Vision For All actively provides essential eye care to underserved and marginalized groups in Africa. Our organisation provides eye tests, treatments, and prescription eyewear to people who would not otherwise have access to this critical care through monetary donations, funding and volunteer efforts.
